Thank you for registering for the 2024-25 Season with the Jacksonville Children's Chorus! We are so excited to offer our Training Choir at River City Science Academy Intracoastal.
Please ensure you complete your registration fee. Your singer is not fully registered until the registration fee has been submitted. If you are applying for a scholarship, a minimum $25.00 registration fee is due for each child you are registering. Use the button below to make you registration payment.
If you are applying for a scholarship, please ensure you have your income information in a PDF format to upload into the online application (see button below). Your registration fee must be submitted in order to apply for a scholarship.
Be sure to print and complete the 2024-25 Medical Release Form for each singer – a notary is required.
