Cultural Council of Greater Jacksonville's Mission is to work to advance the appreciation of arts and culture by increasing community awareness of cultural activities and issues; providing arts education programs; and offering funding and technical assistance to organizations and artists

As Florida’s state arts agency, the Florida Division of Arts and Culture is proud to lead the Culture Builds Florida campaign. The Division promotes arts and culture as essential to quality of life for all Floridians. Arts and culture contribute to a vibrant and creative Florida. These diverse resources include arts in education, local arts agency, state service organization, theater, dance, folks arts, literature, media arts, museum, multidisciplinary, music, sponsor/presenter, and visual arts programs and projects.


The Community Foundation of Northeast Florida was founded in 1964 and is the oldest community foundation in the State of Florida. It has assets of $313 million held in more than 480 different funds. Through our "Giving Expertise" and deep understanding of the community, we provide a bridge that connects donors and their philanthropic interests with community enterprises and resources that can benefit from philanthropic support.


The JAX Chamber is a not-for-profit organization with more than 3,000 members serving Northeast Florida, helping members to make connections, grow their businesses and prosper in our community. The Jacksonville Chamber supports the success of the Jacksonville Children's Chorus by providing access to companies throughout Northeast Florida that help Jacksonville be a world-class place to live, work, and play!

The Delores Barr Weaver Legacy Fund at The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida was created by Delores Barr Weaver in 2015 as the natural evolution of the Delores Barr Weaver Fund, which has awarded more than $86 million in grants since she created it in 2012. She also provides separate, annual support to 20 local, non- profit organizations for their annual fundraising events through the Delores Barr Weaver Forever Event Fund. Like the Delores Barr Weaver Fund, the Delores Barr Weaver Legacy Fund's purpose is to provide grants to nonprofit organizations that do work she has supported over many years and to encourage others to do so as well. Mrs. Weaver has an extraordinary legacy of philanthropy, and she has provided transformative support to dozens of nonprofit organizations that uplift, enlighten and advance our community.
